Except as otherwise provided in section3.061of the Revised Code, before entering upon official duties, the executive director shall give a bond to the county in such sum as is fixed by the public children services agency, with sufficient surety, conditioned upon the faithful performance of official duties and the full and faithful accounting of all funds and properties of the agency or county coming into the executive director's hands. Except as otherwise provided in section3.061of the Revised Code, before entering upon such duties, the executive director shall give a bond to the probate court, with sufficient surety, conditioned upon the full and faithful accounting of all trust funds which the executive director holds on behalf of wards.
