Text
No provision of sections5149.30to5149.36of the Revised Code shall be construed to impose limitations upon the power of the department of rehabilitation and correction under Chapters 5120. and 5149. of the Revised Code to afford municipal corporations and counties with and to supervise their probation, parole, and other corrections services.
