The boards of county commissioners of two or more counties may enter into an agreement for the joint development, implementation, and operation of community corrections programs and may establish and maintain a joint county corrections planning board. Subject to division (A)(2) of section5149.34of the Revised Code, the board shall consist of an equal number of members of each county's local corrections planning board as established and maintained under division (A)(1) or (2) of that section.
