As used in sections5149.30to5149.37of the Revised Code:

(A)"Community corrections programs" include, but are not limited to, probation, parole, preventive or diversionary corrections programs, release-on-recognizance programs, prosecutorial diversion programs, specialized treatment programs for offenders with alcoholism and narcotic addictions, and community control sanctions as defined in section2929.01of the Revised Code.
(B)"Local corrections planning board" means the board established in each county under section5149.34of the Revised Code.
(C)"Joint county corrections planning board" means the board established by multiple counties under section5149.35of the Revised Code. Last updated March 10, 2023 at 1:05 PM
