Text
(A)Whoever violates division (B) of section5126.044of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (F) of section5126.253of the Revised Code shall be punished as follows:
(1)Except as otherwise provided in division (B)(2) of this section, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(2)The person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree if both of the following conditions apply:
(a)The employee who is the subject of the report that the person fails to submit was required to be reported for the commission or alleged commission of an act or offense involving the infliction on a child of any physical or mental wound, injury, disability, or condition of a nature that constitutes abuse or
