Text

The county board of developmental disabilities shall identify residents of the county for whom supported living is to be provided. Identification of the residents shall be made in accordance with the priorities set under section5126.04of the Revised Code and the waiting lists established under section5126.042of the Revised Code. The board shall assist the residents in identifying their individual service needs. To arrange supported living for an individual, the board shall assist the individual in developing an individual service plan.
