Text
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code, the provisions of sections5126.253and5126.254of the Revised Code prevail over any conflicting provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or contract for employment entered into after the effective date of this section.
