On receipt of a notice pursuant to section3123.43of the Revised Code, the director of developmental  disabilities or the superintendent of a county board of  developmental disabilities shall comply with sections3123.41to3123.50of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under  section3123.63of the Revised Code with respect to a person's  certification or registration under section5126.25of the Revised  Code.
