Text

(A)A superintendent of a county board of developmental disabilities shall ensure that a service and support administrator, a conditional status service and support administrator, and a service and support administration supervisor successfully completes a web-based training program established by the department of developmental disabilities not later than thirty days after being hired. The training shall include all of the following topics:
(1)Empowering individuals serviced through the development of person-centered individual service plans;
(2)Coordinating services;
(3)Enhancing team effectiveness;
(4)Understanding medicaid;
(5)An overview of ICFs/IID;
(6)An overview of medicaid home and community-based services waivers administered by the department of developmental disabil
