Annually, on or before the thirty-first day of December each year, each county board of developmental disabilities shall submit to the department of developmental disabilities both of the following:

(A)An annual waiver allocation projection that contains the projected number of individuals to whom the board intends to provide home and community-based services based on available funding as projected in the board's annual five-year projection report submitted pursuant to section5126.053of the Revised Code;

(B)Assurances that the county board does both of the following:

(1)Employs or contracts with a business manager, or has entered into an agreement with another county board that employs or contacts with a business manager to have that business manager serve both counties. The superint

The superintendent of a county board shall not serve as the medicaid services manager of the county board.
