Text

(A)As used in this section, "eligible person" means a person eligible to receive services from a county board of developmental disabilities or from an entity under contract with a county board.
(B)A county board shall establish fees for services rendered to eligible persons if such fees are required by federal regulation and by rule adopted by the director of developmental disabilities. A county board may provide services to a person who does not meet the standards for eligibility. The board may establish fees for these services, which may be paid for by the person, by another person on the person's behalf of the ineligible person, or by another governmental entity.
