Text
No person or government entity may reconvert a bed to be used for ICF/IID services if the bed was converted to use for home and community-based services under section5124.60or5124.61of the Revised Code. This prohibition applies regardless of either of the following:
(A)The bed is part of the licensed capacity of a residential facility.
(B)The bed has been sold, leased, or otherwise transferred to another person or government entity.
