Text
(A)Whoever violates section5123.16or5123.20of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (C), (E), or (G)(3) of section5123.61of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree or, if the abuse or neglect constitutes a felony, a misdemeanor of the second degree. In addition to any other sanction or penalty authorized or required by law, if a person who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of division (C), (E), or (G)(3) of section5123.61of the Revised Code is a developmental disabilities employee, as defined in section5123.50of the Revised Code, the offender shall be eligible to be included in the registry regarding misappropriation, abuse, neglect, or other specified misconduct by developmental disabilities
