Text

An individual who is included in the registry may petition the director of developmental disabilities for removal from the registry. If the director determines that good cause exists, the director shall remove the individual from the registry and may properly reply to an inquiry that the individual is not included in the registry. Good cause includes meeting rehabilitation standards established in rules adopted under section5123.54of the Revised Code.
