Text

(A)In addition to any other action required by sections5123.61and5126.31of the Revised Code, the department of developmental disabilities shall review each report the department receives of abuse or neglect of an individual with a developmental disability or misappropriation of an individual's property that includes an allegation that a developmental disabilities employee committed or was responsible for the abuse, neglect, or misappropriation. The department shall review a report it receives from a public children services agency only after the agency completes its investigation pursuant to section2151.421of the Revised Code. On receipt of a notice under section2930.061or5123.541of the Revised Code, the department shall review the notice.
