Text
(A)If good cause exists as specified in division (B) of this section and determined in accordance with procedures established in rules adopted under section5123.46of the Revised Code, the director of developmental disabilities may issue an adjudication order requiring that one of the following actions be taken against a person seeking or holding a certificate issued under section5123.45of the Revised Code:
(1)Refusal to issue or renew a certificate;
(2)Revocation of a certificate;
(3)Suspension of a certificate.
(B)The following constitute good cause for taking action under division (A) of this section against a certificate holder:
(1)The certificate holder violates sections5123.41to5123.45of the Revised Code or rules adopted under those sections;
(2)Confirmed abuse or neglect
