Text
(A)Each developmental disabilities personnel training course developed under section5123.43of the Revised Code shall be provided by a registered nurse.
(B)To provide a training course or courses to developmental disabilities personnel, a registered nurse shall obtain the certificate or certificates required by the department of developmental disabilities and issued under section5123.45of the Revised Code. The registered nurse shall provide only the training course or courses authorized by the certificate or certificates the registered nurse holds.
