Text
Developmental disabilities personnel who administer medications or perform health-related activities pursuant to the authority granted under section5123.42of the Revised Code are not liable for any injury caused by administering the medications or performing the health-related activities, if both of the following apply:
(A)The developmental disabilities personnel acted in accordance with the methods taught in training completed in compliance with section5123.42of the Revised Code.
(B)The developmental disabilities personnel did not act in a manner that constitutes willful or wanton misconduct.
