Text

(A)The director of developmental disabilities may rescind approval of an application submitted under section5123.37of the Revised Code if either of the following occurs:
(1)The county board of developmental disabilities or private, nonprofit agency that submitted the application fails, on or before the deadline or, if any, the last extended deadline established under section5123.372of the Revised Code for the county board or agency, to notify the director that the county board or agency is ready to acquire the replacement facility.
(2)The county board or agency at any time notifies the director that the county board or agency no longer intends to acquire a replacement facility.
(B)If the director rescinds approval of an application, the director shall use any funds the county board
