If, on or before the deadline or, if any, the    last extended deadline established under section5123.372of the    Revised Code for a county board of developmental disabilities or  private, nonprofit agency, the county board or agency notifies the  director of developmental disabilities that the county board or  agency is ready to acquire the replacement facility, the director  shall enter into an agreement with the county board or agency that  provides for the director to pay to the county board or agency a  percentage of the cost of acquiring the replacement facility. The  agreement shall specify the amount that the director shall pay.  The amount may be the amount of the security interest that the  department of developmental disabilities had in the previous  facility or a different amo
