Text

(A)As used in this section, "date of the commitment" means the date that an individual specified in division (B) of this section begins to reside in a state-operated ICF/IID after being committed to the ICF/IID pursuant to sections5123.71to5123.76of the Revised Code.
(B)Except as provided in division (C) of this section, whenever a resident of a residential facility is committed to a state-operated ICF/IID pursuant to sections5123.71to5123.76of the Revised Code, the department of developmental disabilities, pursuant to an adjudication order issued in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall reduce by one the number of residents for which the residential facility in which the resident resided is licensed.
(C)The department shall not reduce under division (B) of this sect
