Text
The director of developmental disabilities shall terminate a supported living certificate if the certificate holder has not billed for supported living for twenty-four consecutive months. To terminate a supported living certificate under this section, the director shall send a notice by certified mail to the certificate holder at the address on file with the department of developmental disabilities explaining why the certificate is terminated.
