Except as provided in sections5123.166and5123.169of the Revised Code, the director of developmental disabilities shall renew a supported living certificate if the certificate holder follows the renewal process established in rules adopted under section5123.1611of the Revised Code, continues to meet the applicable certification standards established in those rules, and pays the renewal fee established in those rules.
