(A)The director of developmental disabilities may conduct surveys of persons and government entities that seek a supported living certificate to determine whether the persons and government entities meet the certification standards. The director may also conduct surveys of providers to determine whether the providers continue to meet the certification standards. The director may assign to a county board of developmental disabilities the responsibility to conduct either type of survey. Each survey shall be conducted in accordance with rules adopted under section5123.1611of the Revised Code.
(B)Following each survey of a provider, the director shall issue a report listing the date of the survey, any citations issued as a result of the survey, and the statutes or rules that purportedly hav
