Text

(A)A person who has been granted guardianship of an individual with a developmental disability shall not provide supported living to that individual either as an independent provider or as an employee or contractor of a supported living certificate holder unless there is a relationship by blood, adoption, or marriage between the guardian and the individual.
(B)A supported living certificate holder owned or operated by a guardian of an individual with a developmental disability shall not provide supported living to that individual unless there is a relationship by blood, adoption, or marriage between the guardian and the individual.
