Text
The citizen's advisory councils established under section5123.092of the Revised Code shall do all of the following:
(A)Transmit to the director of developmental disabilities verbal or written information, received from any person or organization associated with the institution or within the community, that an advisory council considers important;
(B)Review the records of all applicants to any unclassified position at the institution, except for resident physician positions filled under section5123.11of the Revised Code;
(C)Review and evaluate institutional employee training and continuing education programs;
(D)On or before the thirty-first day of January of each year, submit a written report to the director of developmental disabilities regarding matters affecting the institution
