Text

(A)The director of developmental disabilities shall establish an interagency workgroup on autism. The purpose of the workgroup shall be to improve the coordination of the state's efforts to address the service needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorders and the families of those individuals. In fulfilling this purpose, the director may enter into interagency agreements with the government entities represented by the members of the workgroup. The agreements may specify any or all of the following:
(1)The roles and responsibilities of government entities that enter into the agreements;
(2)Procedures regarding the receipt, transfer, and expenditure of funds necessary to achieve the goals of the workgroup;
(3)The projects to be undertaken and activities to be performed by the go
