Text
The department of developmental disabilities may bring a mandamus action against a county board of developmental disabilities that fails to pay the nonfederal share of medicaid expenditures that the county board is required by sections5126.059and5126.0510of the Revised Code to pay. The department may bring the mandamus action in the court of common pleas of the county served by the county board or in the Franklin county court of common pleas.
