Text

An individual with a developmental disability who moves from one county in this state to another county in this state shall receive home and community-based services in the new county that are comparable in scope to the home and community-based services the individual receives in the prior county at the time the individual moves. If the county board serving the county to which the individual moves determines under section5126.041of the Revised Code that the individual is eligible for county board services, the county board shall ensure that the individual receives the comparable services. If the county board determines that the individual is not eligible for county board services, the department of developmental disabilities shall ensure that the individual receives the comparable services
