Text
The department of rehabilitation and correction may assign, among the correctional and penal institutions under its control and in accordance with the rules adopted pursuant to division (B) of section5145.03of the Revised Code, the industries to be carried on by the institutions, having due regard to the location and convenience of the industries, other institutions to be supplied, to the machinery in the institutions, and to the number and character of prisoners employed in the industries.
