(A)Whoever violates section5119.333, division (A) of section5119.392, or division (A) of section5119.395of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates section5119.27or5119.28, division (O) of section5119.36, or division (A)(1) or (2) of section5119.37of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree. The Legislative Service Commission presents the text of this section as a composite of the section as amended by multiple acts of the General Assembly.
