Text
Any payments necessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon the state of Ohio by the compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder, as provided in sections5119.70to5119.72of the Revised Code, shall be made from appropriated funds upon presentation to the director of budget and management of itemized vouchers approved by the compact administrator.
