Text
The department of behavioral health shall submit an annual report to the governor that shall describe the services the department offers and how appropriated funds have been spent. The report shall include all of the following:
(A)The utilization of state hospitals by each alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health service district;
(B)The number of persons served by community addiction services providers that receive funds distributed by the department, with a breakdown into categories including age, sex, race, the type of drug to which the person is addicted, and any other categories the director of behavioral health considers significant;
(C)The number of persons with severe mental disabilities served in each district;
(D)The number and types of addiction services, mental health
