Text
(A)The director of behavioral health shall collaborate with the state board of pharmacy and attorney general in the establishment and administration of a drug take-back program, as provided under section4729.69of the Revised Code.
(B)The department may accept grants, gifts, or donations for purposes of the program. Money received under this division shall be deposited into the drug take-back program fund established under section109.90of the Revised Code.
