Text

(A)The department of behavioral health shall create the all roads lead to home program. The program shall include all of the following initiatives:
(1)A media campaign. As part of the campaign, the department shall develop public service announcements and shall make the announcements available to television and radio media outlets. The announcements shall be made available beginning on January 1, 2018. Thereafter, the announcements shall be made at least twice annually, once between January and March of each year, and once in September of each year as part of national recovery month.
(2)A web site that meets the requirements described in division (C) of this section;
(3)A twenty-four-hour hotline, that is operated by a call center, for the purpose of helping individuals access addic
