Text

The director of behavioral health shall administer the problem casino gambling and addictions fund. The director shall use the money in the fund to support gambling addiction services, alcohol and drug addiction services, other services that relate to gambling addiction and substance abuse, and research that relates to gambling addiction and substance abuse. Treatment and prevention services supported by money in the fund under this section shall be services that are certified by the department of behavioral health. The director shall prepare an annual report describing the use of the fund for these purposes.
