Text
There is hereby created in the state treasury the department of behavioral health trust fund.
The trust fund shall receive all amounts, subject to any provisions in bond documents, received from the sale or lease of lands and facilities by the department.
All moneys in the trust fund are subject to appropriation by the general assembly or may be used with the approval of the controlling board. The use of moneys in the trust fund pursuant to this section does not represent an ongoing commitment to the continuation of the trust fund or to the use of moneys in the trust fund.
