Text
Beginning January 1, 2025, community addiction services providers and community mental health services providers shall not refer clients to a recovery housing residence unless the residence is on the registry established and maintained under section5119.394of the Revised Code on the date that the referral is made. Community addiction services providers and community mental health services providers shall maintain records of all referrals made to recovery housing residences.
