Text
The director of behavioral health shall require that each board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services ensure that each community mental health services provider and community addiction services provider with which it contracts under section340.036of the Revised Code to provide certifiable services and supports establish grievance procedures consistent with rules adopted under section5119.36of the Revised Code that are available to all persons seeking or receiving certifiable services and supports from a community mental health services provider or community addiction services provider.
