Text
(A)As used in this section, "administrative function" means a function related to one or more of the following:
(1)Continuous quality improvement;
(2)Utilization review;
(3)Resource development;
(4)Fiscal administration;
(5)General administration;
(6)Any other function related to administration that is required by Chapter 340. of the Revised Code.
(B)Each board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services shall submit an annual report to the department of behavioral health specifying how the board used funds allocated to the board under section5119.23of the Revised Code for administrative functions in the year preceding the report's submission. The director of behavioral health shall establish the date by which the report must be submitted each year.
