Text
(A)The director of behavioral health, in accordance with procedures established under division (G)(5) of section5119.22of the Revised Code, may issue to a board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services a time-limited waiver of the requirement of section340.033of the Revised Code that ambulatory detoxification and medication-assisted treatment be made available within the borders of the board's service district if the director determines that both of the following apply:
(1)The board seeking the waiver has made reasonable efforts to make ambulatory detoxification and medication-assisted treatment available within the borders of the board's service district;
(2)Ambulatory detoxification and medication-assisted treatment can be made available through one or more contracts b
