Text
The courses of study for the instruction and training of all persons in institutions under the control of the department of behavioral health shall be subject to the approval of the superintendent of public instruction.
All teachers employed in institutions under the control of the department of behavioral health shall possess such educator licenses or have such qualifications and approval as the superintendent of public instruction, after consulting with the officers in charge of the institutions, prescribes for the various types of service in the institutions.
