(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Advanced practice registered nurse" has the same meaning as in section4723.01of the Revised Code.
(2)"Clinician" means any of the following:
(a)An advanced practice registered nurse;
(b)A physician;
(c)A physician assistant.
(3)"Physician" means an individual authorized under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery.
(4)"Physician assistant" means an individual who holds a current, valid license to practice as a physician assistant issued under Chapter 4730. of the Revised Code.
(B)The department of behavioral health may establish a clinician recruitment program under which the department agrees to repay all or part of the principal and interest of a government or other educationa
