Text

The department of behavioral health shall establish and administer a statewide program to prevent youth use of cannabis. The program shall do the following:

(A)Use a harm reduction approach;
(B)Include practices aimed at the prevention or reduction of substance use, substance abuse, substance dependence, and substance use disorders;
