Text
A county department of job and family services that refuses to issue a waiver under section5107.714of the Revised Code for a member of an assistance group participating in Ohio works first shall provide the member a written explanation for the refusal. The written explanation shall be provided to the member in a manner protecting the member's confidentiality. The member may appeal the refusal pursuant to section5101.35of the Revised Code.
