Text
(A)The county directors of job and family services shall implement and enforce the requirements of sections5107.40to5107.69of the Revised Code. State and local agencies shall cooperate with county departments of job and family services to the maximum extent possible in the implementation of those sections.
(B)In employing persons to administer and supervise work activities, developmental activities, and alternative work activities under Ohio works first, a county department of job and family services shall give first consideration to applicants for and participants of Ohio works first, provided such applicants and participants qualify for the administrative and supervisory positions to be filled.
