Except for a participant of Ohio works first who is assigned to a work activity established under section5107.52or division (A) of section5107.60of the Revised Code, credit for work performed by a participant in a work activity, developmental activity, or alternative work activity does not constitute remuneration for the purpose of Chapter 124., 144., or 145. of the Revised Code and services performed by the participant do not constitute employment for the purpose of Chapter 4141. of the Revised Code.
