(A)After a minor head of household or adult is assigned to a work activity, developmental activity, or alternative work activity under section5107.42of the Revised Code, a county department of job and family services shall place the minor head of household or adult in the assigned activity as soon as the activity becomes available.
(B)(1) Except as provided in rules adopted under section5107.05of the Revised Code, a minor head of household or adult placed in one or more work activities or developmental activities shall participate in the activities at least the following number of hours each week as determined by the county department:
(a)In the case of a minor head of household or adult in an assistance group that includes only one adult, thirty hours;
