The county department of job and family services shall establish policies defining "good cause for being absent from school" and specifying what constitutes a day of attendance for purposes of the learnfare program's school attendance requirement.
Not later than the fifteenth day of each month of a school year or another time agreed to by the county department of job and family services and department of education and workforce but not later than the thirtieth day of each month, each attendance officer or assistant appointed under section3321.14or3321.15of the Revised Code who oversees the attendance of students enrolled in the school districts of a county that is participating in the learnfare program shall report to the county department of job and family services the previous month's s
