Text
(A)As used in this section, "transitional child care" means publicly funded child care provided under division (A)(3) of section5104.34of the Revised Code.
(B)Except as provided in division (C) of this section:
(1)Each member of an assistance group participating in Ohio works first is ineligible to participate in the program for six payment months if a county department of job and family services determines that a member of the assistance group terminated the member's employment.
(2)Each person who, on the day prior to the day a recipient begins to receive transitional child care, was a member of the recipient's assistance group is ineligible to participate in Ohio works first for six payment months if a county department determines that the recipient terminated the recipient's empl
